• TK: 4th birthday by Sept 1, 2026.

Don’t forget your paperwork! 
 You must bring: 

• Legal Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency
• Immunization Records 

Need immunizations? 
 The Mobile Health Clinic will be on-site from 10 AM – 2 PM both days. It’s free for those who qualify (Under 19 years, Medi-Cal, no insurance, or Native/Alaskan Native). Make sure to print and bring the "Consent for Treatment" form found at fes.sierrausd.org.
