Hello, FES Families!
We’re excited to share that our Book Blast books and prizes have finally arrived at Foothill Elementary School Library! Due to delays beyond our control, delivery of all books took longer than expected; we appreciate everyone’s patience.
We’re excited to share that our Book Blast books and prizes have finally arrived at Foothill Elementary School Library! Due to delays beyond our control, delivery of all books took longer than expected; we appreciate everyone’s patience.
Thank you to all the families who participated and supported Book Blast. Book Blast is a program ran by a company whose mission is to put new books directly into the hands of students through an email and text fundraising campaign. While none of the funds come directly to the school, every contribution has helped provide students with books to build their home libraries.
Book/s and prize pickup will be available in the Library at Foothill Elementary School:
● Monday, June 30: 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
● Tuesday, July 1: 2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
If you’re unable to make either pickup time, please contact our librarian, Mrs. Young, at the email: jyoung@sierrausd.org or call the school office and ask to speak with Sarah to make other pick-up arrangements. If you are unable to pick up books, please do not be concerned; any books not picked up will be hand delivered to students upon the start of the new school year in August of 2026.
